Twahangana HR Consulting was established in 2013 by Fudheni Ipangelwa, the sole proprietor of the consultancy. Full time consulting services commenced from 2014, this comes with valuable experience gained while working for major corporations in the capacity of general human resources management, with specific emphasis on organizational effectiveness, talent manage- ment, training and development and recruitment.

Fudheni is Namibian by birth and has a MTECH: HRM degree from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed a Management Development Programme certificate with the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.

Fudheni was employed, inter alia, on a senior management level with a top contender in the mining industry. The consultancy is supported by professionals in the fields of Industrial psychology, Law, Payroll, Tax, Training and Development.
